Recently transformed with soothing coastal-inspired décor, this delightful studio is nestled in a private garden setting, separate from neighbouring Gidgets House. The property features exclusive laneway access, accommodation for up to 4 guests, a stunning open-concept living area, contemporary bathroom, and an inviting outdoor patio.
With its impressive cathedral ceiling, the Studio's thoughtful layout efficiently utilises space for maximum comfort. Sleeping arrangements are divided between a generous loft with a king bed and a converted media room featuring a double and single bunk combination. Please note that neither the loft nor media room can be enclosed with doors.
The integrated dining and living space showcases a practical kitchen—equipped with all essential modern appliances—offering plenty of room to cook, eat and relax. Completing this idyllic retreat is a landscaped garden and patio area, perfect for enjoying afternoon refreshments and snacks.

Dining & Cooking:
Efficient in design, the space-conscious kitchen delivers impressive functionality with all appliances needed to prepare quick snacks or gourmet meals. The kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, oven, gas stovetop, microwave, and slim dishwasher, with abundant storage space. A timber dining table accommodating 6 people sits adjacent to the kitchen, while the covered outdoor patio offers comfortable seating and a coffee table for alfresco dining.
Sleeping:
The appealing loft bedroom features a comfortable king bed, with plentiful storage in built-in wardrobes lining the walls. The bedroom also includes reverse-cycle air conditioning that maintains comfortable temperatures throughout the property year-round. Downstairs, the converted media room—positioned between the kitchen and bathroom—contains a double bunk suitable for two children, or an adult sharing with a child.
Please note, Gidgets Studio is designed with an open concept layout and the loft bedroom cannot be enclosed by a door. The media room has a door allowing this space and the bathroom to be separated from the main living area. The Studio is ideally suited for family members, or guests comfortable with sharing connected spaces.
