The primary bedroom features a luxurious organic wool/latex king-sized mattress, two generously sized dressers, and a walk in closet. The guest room has a working desk with printer as well as a daybed. Large sunny yard. There is private off street parking available, in addition to a small garage that can accommodate a standard sized car or SUV including plenty of storage. Level 2 EV charger is available for guest's use. A freshly landscaped, spacious backyard is perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or exploring the Pearl Street Mall. This is the main floor unit of a duplex. The 1 bed, 1 bath upper unit is also available on a 30+ day basis (See vrbo/989140). Inquire about renting both units.
