You will enjoy high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and towels, goose-down filled comforters and pillows, wool and silk rugs, electric window coverings, memory-foam mattresses with an adjustable bed frame, digital cable, Sonos sound system with in-wall speakers, in-floor radiant heat and an electric fireplace for a quick warm up and a bit of ambiance in the winter. Visited Boulder with my son to tour the CU Boulder campus. Alicen’s place is great! I would highly recommend staying there. It’s a great home remodeled to a very nice standard and centrally located. I would stay there again without hesitation!
The place was absolutely perfect, not much else to add that others haven’t. It was generously stocked (even beer and wine, snacks clearly purchased recently!). Great location, very clean, just a very peaceful space.
The property was perfect for 2, had all the amenities and more, and was in the perfect location. The hosts were extremely helpful, I highly recommend this property!
This property was as described, very clean and extremely well appointed. We enjoyed sitting on the porch with the creek in front of us, and a dedicated parking spot made for easy in and out. We walked to Pearl Street and enjoyed the neighborhood.
Great location for walking downtown. Peaceful porch with view of a stream that was a great spot for morning coffee or afternoon drink. Most complete kitchen setup and best selection of stocked goods (coffee, spices, etc.) of any rental we have stayed in. Very close drive to university and to Flatirons.
We had a wonderful stay here. This is the most well stocked VRBO that we have ever stayed at. The location was great and the off street parking spot was perfect. We were able to walk to eat and explore. We would for sure stay here again!
Lovely, cozy, clean unit. It has all the little things that make it feel like a home - travel-sized mouthwashes, plenty of spices, and tupperware. Would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area
Great place, functional but vertical. Location great.
The place was nice and comfortable, the living room was good, the kitchen well equipped. I would only add the caveat that the stairs to the bedroom are steep, and older people (such as me) need to be cautious.
Great and comfortable stay at the apartment. Super convenient to walk to town and easy to get out and about. Loved the Sonos music, especially since we already have the app, and all of the thoughtful, homey touches. We would definitely stay again!
