Kamaole Sands is an award-winning condo complex situated just across from one of the best beaches on Maui. Kamaole Sands III beach, is recognized as one of the best beaches in Maui. Boogie board, surf, snorkel straight off the beach. We have seen turtles, Manta rays and masses of fish, just a few feet off the shore from Kamaole Sands resort.

Our condo in Kamaole Sands is refurbished to a high standard, and has been awarded an A Grade, creating a relaxing environment which will be your 'home away from home' during your stay on Maui. The condo is equipped with everything you could need for your stay. With stunning full ocean views from both the sitting room and Lanai, this huge 1,188 square foot condo, offers superb accommodation comprising of two bedroom and two new bathrooms, perfect for both families or up to three couples sharing.

New air conditioning within both the living accommodation and the bedrooms means your stay in our condo will be comfortable and cool! Most condos in Kamaole Sands have just one window air conditioner. But not our condo! Where you will be comfortably cool, even in the summer!

The condo is split over two floors with a magnificent oak spiral staircase and decorated 'Island Style' with tiled floors throughout the living area. There are many beautiful original Hawaiian oil paintings and island style bed coverings to set the mood. The condo is on the fourth floor catching both the trade winds and the best views. We have open cathedral ceilings, the second floor of the condo is approached by a stunning oak spiral staircase.

The two bedrooms have a king size bed and a queen size bed. There is an additional double sofa bed in the living area, which sleeps two and two small Hawaiian fold up beds for additional guests, we also supply a Pack and Play crib and booster seat for infants or toddlers.

The apartment also has full private laundry facilities including a washer and dryer. We have supplied everything you need for the beach including over-sized fluffy beach towels and beach bag, cooler, beach umbrella plus beach chairs.

Relax on the large lanai (it has lovely full ocean views) with a relaxing cool drink, cocktail or beer, there is a generous sized table which can easily seat six so you can enjoy meals alfresco. Watch the whales (in season) or just enjoy the views of neighbouring island Lanai and West Maui mountains or the stunning sunset over the ocean.

We even supply a huge range of Maui history and guide books, a selection of CD's to enable you to make the most of your stay. There is a new 58 inch LCD smart TV DVD, in the sitting room. There is also a 48 inch LCD TV in the master bedroom. In the second bedroom there is a 46 inch LCD TV.

The kitchen in the condo was re-modelled recently with custom built units and granite counter tops. Everything you need for a home away from home feeling is supplied in the over stocked kitchen. Our guests often comment on the abundance of kitchen items.

The remodelled bathrooms are fully tiled with granite counter tops.

Every time we visit Maui we invest in the condo we, love it more and more. Many of our visitors return to our condo again and again, see our guest book for genuine comments from our visitors. One of the regular comments from large family groups that have rented multiple condos is that they spent all their time as a group in our condo. Because our condo was the nicest condo rented and that our condo had the best facilities.
