The space
Located in the garden parish of St. Ann's, This is a quiet upscale community made up of permanent and returning residents. This is a great central location, with very close proximity to Ochi Rios and Discovery Bay's local attractions. Our home is a fully air conditioned 3 bedroom villa, furnished for your comfort. There are two bathrooms with one residing in the master bedroom. Open kitchen concept with bar and pantry.
Guest access
Guests have full access to all on-property resort amenities including the gym, basketball court, tennis courts, large infinity pool; clubhouse and bar, kiddies play area, scenic park.
In addition guests will also have access to the Beach Club located a short distance away. Please provide your address when you arrive along with a request for lounge chairs. Then be prepared to have a relaxing uninterrupted day in the sun.
Other things to note. We do have a cook available, guests are responsible for the cost of their groceries and chef fees. Please dm for details if interested.

Beautiful, relaxing, clean, comfortable and safe.

First and foremost I would like to say, thanks to Shelley for allowing us to stay at her beautiful, relaxing, clean, comfortable and safe property. My family and I had a WONDERFUL time. Thanks for communicating with me throughout the entire trip. We felt the love and kindness. Your property is just as advertised. My girls did not want to return to Canada. They enjoyed the pool and the entire place. We didn't get to visit the park for the kids but we did saw it just a few steps from the pool. My husband and our son enjoyed the gym, they also enjoyed the pool. My husband was able to even buy a beer from the bar by the pool. We enjoyed everything! We were able to wash, cook, take walk during the day and night plus we clean up after ourselves and that is something I really enjoy doing with my family. It felt like home away from home. Everyone around us was very welcoming. One of the things that stood out the most for me is how Shelley communicated with us in a timely manner. She gave us updates as to what is happening in their community example if water was expected to shut off, what to do in the event we needed more hot water or back up electricity. She was on top of everything! Thanks so much for making our stay very relaxed. My only feedback is to inform guess about how to use the smart lock properly. It took us a few minutes to figure out that we needed to touch the numbers that came up on the screen before it could activate the entire screen for us to input the code. 🙌
