Dogs are family! Full access to cozy, spacious and private dog friendly home. Fully fenced in yard with a small pond for your dogs. Beautiful west facing lake views from the house and yards with incredible sunsets. Fletchers lake is directly across the street from the house. Huge game room with FREE PLAY classic arcade machines, bar and tv. 3 bedrooms (2 Queen beds and one double bed, 1 bathroom, huge kitchen with breakfast bar and coffee corner. Beautiful hardwood floors. New whirlpool appliances in the kitchen. Fast Fibe internet. Local cable on 3 Sony HD Smart tvs. Office with external monitor, keyboard and mouse. Laundry room has new Maytag Pet washer and dryer. The downtown waterfront is 20 minutes away. Beaches are 30 minutes plus away. Peggy’s cove is an hours drive. The house is on the main street of the area, close to amenities. We provide complimentary ear plugs in case you like to slumber in complete silence as we do!
