The host did not reply to any of my emails, instead I kept receiving fully automated messages. The check-in process was diabolical. The host clearly hasn't been to the property to see that the streetscape has changed dramatically and the arrival instructions are no longer correct. For the premium amount being charged I would expect more in the bathroom than one single-use tube of hand wash, and would also appreciate some hand wash in the sink by the toilet. Not good value for money, and disappointing not to have received a single reply from the host.
