Minimal, but contemporary, this apartment boasts a spacious kitchen, dining and living area, providing a calm respite from the bustle of the city. A large sofa and coffee table face a flat screen TV, plus a four-seater table offers a comfortable spot to enjoy meals. When you're not heading out to experience the many nearby eateries, you can have a cook up at home – the kitchen has all the essentials you'd need.

The queen bed backs up against a design-driven headboard. The bedroom includes a built-in robe with mirrored sliding doors to maximise natural light and create a sense of spaciousness. Direct access to the private balcony means you can step out and enjoy your morning coffee at the two-person outdoor table setting.

The bathroom features a shower and modern vanity. Toiletries provided are single use to get you started. They may not be sufficient for entire stay (additional consumables to be purchased by you) Guests also have access to additional conveniences including a washing machine, Wi-Fi, as well as access to the building's communal gym.

In close proximity to St Kilda Road, Albert Park is a popular recreational space with walking, jogging and cycling, as well as rowing and sailing at Albert Park Lake. Nearby you'll find a range of sporting facilities, including a golf driving range and Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre.

The vibrant St Kilda Beach, 10 minutes' drive or a half-hour walk, offers many choices when it comes to dining, entertainment and shopping. Grab an ice-cream and take a stroll out along the pier, take a dip in the sea baths, or simply watch the passersby from the comfort of a cafe.

Another popular local attraction is the Royal Botanic Gardens, which provide a relaxing and scenic day out in the city and can be found just 20 minutes' walk or a few minutes' drive from St Kilda Road.
