2 good size bedrooms with BIRs, a Master bedroom with En-suite and balcony. spacious TV/ lounge area, dining area, and a bright workable kitchen with European kitchen appliances with integrated refrigerator and dishwasher.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire apartment unit for the duration of their stay as well as to the building amenities such as the pool, sauna, steam room, gym, and rooftop.

** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **

Cosy Nest in Hawthorn

the unit is well equipped, nicely furnished, modern, clean and suited our needs.However the shower of the ensuite leaked onto the bathroom floor which was a bit of a slip hazard.The situation with picking up and dropping the keys was problamatic for us as we had no car and we had to pick up at a shop.We would have liked a second set of keys but it was just too hard to organise.

The accessibility was difficult, the key pick up was from a vape shop , we couldnt return the key as the vape shop wouldn't accept it, communication was impossible, the owner took a $500 holding deposit out of our account without authorisation, the list could go on. Pick another provider
