Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath home located in The Grand. This 1322 square foot SAGE model has been upgraded with new two tone interior paint and carpeting in all the right places. The home features a comfortable open floor plan with a large great room and upgraded granite counters in the kitchen. The great room is furnished with contemporary reclining furniture, occasional chairs and large flat screen TV. Bedrooms are furnished with a king bed in the master and a queen bed in the second bedroom. This home comfortably sleeps 4. The fully equipped eat in kitchen seats four/six and the laundry room and bbq are mere steps away. The private, fenced backyard is perfect for relaxing after a day on the links.

Amenities in Sun City Grand include four 18 hole professional golf courses which are minutes away. Other activities and clubs are at your fingertips..... softball, woodworking, billiards, glass art, tennis.... and the list goes on. There are two fitness centers, including indoor and outdoor pools at both , and privileges are optional.

Sun City Grand is a retirement community where one occupant must be 45 years of age. We live here so are available to assist you every day. You may purchase activity cards at the Welcome Center for reduced (resident) rates for golf and unlimited access to the activity centers and pools. Come and enjoy resort-style living with all the comforts of home. SSG offers it all -- sun, fun, recreation and relaxation!!

Awesome Sun City Grand rental

This is a great rental house as it has everything necessary for a very comfortable stay. It's a good location as close to both Adobe & Cimarron. Cheryl & Lloyd are great owners as they were very easy and a pleasure to deal with. Sun City Grand has so many amenities and nice people so we hope to return again next winter.

Very clean. Great location for our needs. Well supplied. Streaming TV station below par...kept freezing and restarting with long pauses. Would stay again. Hosts were amazingly helpful!!

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything you needed was included in rental. Close to all the amenities of SCG with use of golf cart rental. One complaint would be the smart tv in bedroom was useless and we weren’t impressed with the streaming access on living room tv. Other than that, everything was perfect.
