Fantastic location, very clean, and the host was excellent with communication. Having one bedroom with two twin beds was perfect as well. Zero complaints, would definitely stay again if visiting Virginia or the downtown DC area!
Great house, great location. We have stayed at many vrbo’s and this is one of the best. Better than advertised. And what mattresses do you use. They were wonderful.
Lovely home situated on a quiet street and easy walking distance to shopping and good eats! The kitchen was well stocked and entire home extremely clean and fresh. We didn’t get to enjoy the patio due to the winter season and rainy weather but it was a very nice layout, fully fenced with a tall privacy fence and patio furniture. We felt very welcomed in the home and our entire stay was beyond wonderful. Parking on street but easily convenient to front door with plenty open spots throughout the stay. Host was prompt and respectful. Would love to stay here again!
Two of us stayed in this space for work. Easy walk to the metro, close to downtown Alexandria. Nice gathering space for extra coworkers to come hang out.
This is a great Old Town Alexandria location. We felt very comfortable. Easy walking to the wharf; great walking neighborhood. 2-4 blocks to several coffee shops; Trader Joe's, Harris Teeter's. About 1/2 mile to Metro: King St or Braddock Rd.
The property is in a perfect location just a few blocks from the centre of old town Alexandria and yet only a 15 minute walk to the metro. The property was spacious, very well equipped, immaculate and comfortable.. we were a family of 4 and it was perfect for us
We wanted to take our family of six to the DC area for the first time. Someone recommended Old Town Alexandria as a good place to stay, and we are so grateful they did! It is an adorable town.
The house was wonderful! Large enough to fit our family; beautiful with updates; and is a very manageable walking distance to both the waterfront and the metro which we used every day. Would most definitely stay again; and recommend to friends and family. Loved it!
This is a perfect house for easy access to DC as well as to all that Old Town has to offer. The inside of the home was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and when we requested help getting the outside patio cleaned up for company, the management team arranged for a crew to come right over and set up our patio. In fact, the responsiveness of the property management team was a big plus for this stay. Thank you Asem for all of your hospitality and excellent assistance.

Charming, comfortable, walkable to Old Town. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Clean overall. There was some noticeable dog hair (dryer vent, sofa). Great location for shopping and eating in old town. Weather didn’t allow us to use the outdoor space but it was nice to have. Community was quiet and felt safe. Parking was easy.
Only suggestion was a few more towels! Thank you. Would love to stay here again!!!

Dare I say . . . perfect?
We don't often leave 5 star reviews but had to for our stay at this home in Alexandria!First, Asem, the owner, was the most responsive and helpful host we've ever encountered. Oftentimes he answered or thought of questions we had forgotten to ask. Pleasant, thoughtful, and timely, the owners were with us the entire time! For anyone who wants to be close to all Alexandria has to offer while being comfortable during your stay, you won't go wrong with this beautiful place!Second, the historic home in the middle of Alexandria's historic district was extraordinarily, thoughtfully, and tastefully updated. Every item was supplied for a comfortable stay, and we were only 3 blocks from King St. and a handful of blocks from the waterfront and all the sights.

Great location, super comfy
We stayed at the house on Princess street for a week with our 1-year-old daughter and mini bernedoodle. We couldn't have asked for a better location or boarding arrangements. We set up our daughter's pack & play in the guest room and enjoyed the large primary for ourselves. We were surprised by how much we liked Alexandria, more than DC, and enjoyed long walks in a different direction each day we were there. The washer/dryer were awesome. The kitchen was fantastic to cook in each day. Our daughter loved practicing walking up and down the two little steps between the living room and dining room. The house has been very thoughtfully arranged and setup with many amenities we've wished for with other vacation rentals. I definitely recommend it.
Great Location-safe, convenient. Easy access to Trolly on King Street, cute neighborhood.
Close to many good dining spots. Clean, cute property
Only drawback-kitchen needs more staples/basic supplies. Other places we’ve stayed had bottled water and a few snacks like crackers or granola bars as a welcome. We did leave some mini cokes in the fridge for next guest and paper towels because there were no dish cloths or sponges or anything to wash dishes with and like I said- no water or snacks. But overall- great spot!
This stay was exactly what we were looking for! Easy access to Alexandria’s more popular avenues but quiet at night. Booked this for a wedding weekend asa couple but the space was comfortable enough to have the bridesmaids over for casual hang out/dinner before the main weekend festivities happened. Everything was well equipped with all we needed.
