This property is a 30-minute drive to Mt. Buller and just a few minutes’ drive to the main street in Mansfield.

The master bedroom is a generous size with a queen bed, ensuite, wardrobe, heater, and fan.

The second bedroom has a queen bed with wardrobe, heater and fan.

The third bedroom has two sets of king single bunk beds with a wardrobe and heater.

Perfect Family stay

Bella Vista was a perfect place for our little family getaway! The property was clean and is perfectly located at the back away from the busy street with lovely views. The kids loved waking up to see the horses out in the padddock! Definitely recommend!

What a beautiful house! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This property has relaxed atmosphere to enjoy the peace and quiet we needed. Backyard with a view to the beautiful countryside. House was clean and spacious for our big families. Plenty of space in each bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we required. Lounge was spacious and very comfortable to stay. Loved the outdoor firepit!

Brilliant stay- the house is set up for 8 (2 rooms with double/queen and 1 with 2 bunks) and actually has everything you would need. Some places dont always have matching crockery and cutlery and enough items for all in the house. Plenty of room, great views of Mt Buller. Romy, the owner, communicates quickly if you have a query. Would stay again for sure!

We arrived at property after a long drive/ whole day and to our surprise the tap water was very cold and made impossible for us to have a shower, whereas the previous day temperature was -4C. Hence, we waited until business hours respecting agent’s working hours i.e 9am and called the property Manager regarding COLD water issue and very weirdly we didn’t get a call back until we call back at around 4pm. Also, the toilet near the laundry area has dual access and also no lock for any privacy. The house pictures do not show this detail about no privacy in the second toilet and the 2nd family was quite frustrated about this as they had to share that toilet with the children in the nearby room. The house is suitable for only one family and not two.
