🎉 Parties/Events: Strictly not allowed. Violators will be asked to leave with no refund.

🔕 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

🗑️ Excessive Rubbish & Extra Cleaning: $50 per hour for removal or additional cleaning.

♻️ Council Bin Usage: Misuse incurs a $100 fee for proper sorting.

Reminders:
❗ There is no onsite parking at 12 Victoria Avenue Perth, however there is FREE street parking between the hours of 6 pm and 8 am, otherwise street parking is $5 per hour.
🅿️ Longer stay parking is available at Wilson’s Car Park on Hay Street only 50 meters from the complex. Cheaper long term parking is available at The Concert Hall on St Georges Terrace around 150 meters from the complex (Around $50 a week, can be booked on line).
