Easy access. Planes a bit noisy but dont notice it after a while
Very clean, comfortable beds. Forv4 adults needs a better lounge but ok. Needs some wine glasses. Over all good value.

Was very comfortable. Improvements could include tge front step which is quite dangerous. The shower needs a grab rail
Otherwise a great location and an enjoyable stay. Particular advantge was the backyard area

In regards to the front step, I have already put some bricks on the front steps, so the steps won't be so steep, so you should go up and down through the steps that had bricks. For the grab rail in the bathroom, I will consider installing this in the future.

The house was not well presented on the out side lawns not mowed and inside two of the rooms had no bed side tables or lamps no good at all the kitchen and out side area was good and there was 2 toilets whivh was not listed good the fan in the main room was so loud you could hear it in the other rooms house could be presented much better

Thankyou for your feedback. The lawn is mown on a regular basis every month but because it is spring, the grass is growing faster than usual. The other rooms don't have bedside tables or lamps, as shown in the pictures. There was an extra toilet that was not listed, this should be a good thing for 4 guests that booked the property, so you guys do not have to wait if you need to go to have a shower and use the toilet at the same time. Every room is installed with air-conditioning. If you think the fan is noisy, just simply turn the air conditioning instead. Once again thankyou for your feedback
Our group was 3 mature age men in Perth for the cricket. The house worked well for us having 3 bedrooms. Bed comfortable, clean renovated bathroom and a second toilet. Kitchen was good albeit we really only used it for breakfast. Good air conditioning throughout. Rest of the house is showing its age and could do with a bit of a spruce up. I found it difficult to sleep through the noise of planes taking off as it is extremely close to the airport. On balance good value for money if like us you are simply using as a base and going out daily. Rama was quick to reply to messages and helpful for providing tips for public transport.
