Short Christmas Stay

Modern beautiful house near the beach with the stunning view and very impressive outdoor area perfect for families or group of friends. Loved the ping pong table and the proximity of amazing wineries. Great communication with the owner.

Nice house. Well placed with great views. Perfect summer destination. Well equipped with all necessary utensils etc. A few things which can be improved such as, having WiFi connectivity, TV remote needs to be replaced and linens upgraded.

The property has beautiful ocean views and provides a quiet, calm, and spacious place to relax. It is well equipped with amenities, and communication with the host was excellent, which we really appreciated.We did notice a few areas where some additional attention to cleaning would enhance the experience for future guests. There were spider webs around windows and doors, worms and spiders inside the property, and the rooms could have been vacuumed more thoroughly, which was noticeable with allergies. There was also some limescale in the shower, cupboards and utensils that could have been cleaner, and we couldn't use the BBQ as it was not clean on arrival.Overall, a lovely property with great potential, and with a more detailed cleaning standard it would be even more comfortable to stay in.

Hi Stephanie, sorry to hear you didn‘t feel it was clean enough. I have spoken to our cleaners to get to the bottom of this. The people right before you stayed for a month and a half and left the morning you arrived. So the cleaners didnt have as much time to clean as per usual. And they left it in quite a state. Due to bugs, this is very common when staying right on the beach. As much as we clean them they are back the very next day. This we cant do much about.

Everything exceeded expectations, don't let the location fool you, Cape Jaffa is a truly hidden gem and this house had everything we needed and more! Charmaine as a host has gone above and beyond supplying us with drinking water, wine, fresh seafood as a welcome gift to the new property, full bottles of toiletries not those tiny hotel bottles, cleaning supplies, an abundance of towels as we spent everyday at the beach. Location was perfect for Robe Long Beach one day, Pinks Beach the next. Water play equipment for us to use and so many toys for kids (they loved the table tennis room), my daughter now wants to skateboard and my sons learnt to kayak. The house and layout is spacious and the views of the coast is the best we have experienced. We truly felt at home as everything was so thoughtfully supplied and will definitely stay again next time we come to SA!

Welcome to our family holiday house. As of this week, we are opening it up to the public. Due to being a family home it has every single kitchen appliance you could think of. Great for large families and friendship circle cook ups!

Why they chose this property

We love our day’s spent at the wineries 5 minute up the road, day trips to mount gambier for a swim in volcanoes. And only 30 mins from the coastal town of Robe
