Beautiful apartment with great views

Our family had a wonderful experience. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the view from the deck is amazing. The owner even stocked the bathrooms with body wash, shampoo and conditioner as well as feminine products, and toothbrushes. We will definitely be staying here again

Sr Beach Trip

I came with 5 girls celebrating Graduation. We had a great time! I was "House Mom" for the trip! Great access to the beach. Decent kitchenware, Clean, Plenty of Towels and wash cloths. The pool was nice and clean. Overall a great stay!

Comfortable Place Close to the Beach

The deck with a small ocean view is the star of this delightful three-bedroom condo. The well-equipped kitchen was pleasant to work in and the big table was fun to play cards at.The living room furniture was very comfortable, as were the big beds in two of the two bedrooms. Bunk beds are best left to kids, but as a tall adult, no surprise, I wasn't super comfortable in the bunk beds.The beach is across the road and up a small sandy dune.

Great place to stay in Carolina Beach!

This condo was perfect for our family of 7, my family and my sister and her kids. It was steps from the beach, the common areas were spacious and there was plenty of space to spread out. The condo is in a great location, near lots of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The boardwalk is about a mile away, it was walkable, but it was about a 30 min walk and there isn’t a sidewalk for most of it. We also walked down the beach from the condo to the boardwalk, that was a nice leisurely walk. I only have one small complaint, the bathrooms are very small. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and we absolutely fell in love with Carolina Beach!

Perfect location

This property was perfect for our family trip, exactly as listed and the pictures don’t lie. Literally across the street from the beach entrance, parking was easy, everything we needed was in the condo. We loved the patio and being able to see the ocean while hanging out. Plenty of room for our group of 7 and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The pool was not crowded at all and was great for after a long day at the beach to cool off before going up to the condo. Check in and out was super easy. The only negative was that we could hear the upstairs neighbors at all hours of the night- there were children that would run up and down the hallway- I addressed this with the owner and they were very quick to remedy this with the HOA- I hated even complaining because everything else was 100% perfect but since we could hear them running at 1am I had to mention it, but the property owner was very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommended this beautiful location if you want to be close to the beach!

Nice Place with a few issues

The apartment is in a very good location close to the beach. We did have a few issues during our stay. The worst one was of no fault of the owner, but I guess you always take a risk when you rent with people above and below you. The people above us were extremely noisy. They sounded like a pack of wild animals at times. They allowed their children to run from one end of the apartment every morning stomping at about 6:40 am. We complained several times. It did get a little better, but it still continued. The Wifi at the apartment has a connection issue. We had to work on the TV and router constantly. I finally just started using a hot spot on my phone to use my laptop. The shower control knob in the master bath is about to break and it needs to be replaced. We got through the week with it, but the handle that you use to turn it on and off with is in very bad shape. Lastly, the two frying pans that are there need to be thrown away. The pool was nice and clean. Nice place. Just needs these issues taken care of. Our owner liaison was very nice and helpful during our stay. She tried her best to e accommodate us. I don't usually complain, but I felt that these things needed to be taken care of for the next person that spends nearly $4000.00 for their family vacation.

Unfortunately, noise in multi-unit buildings can be unpredictable, but we understand how disruptive this was to your stay.-The Wi-Fi and TV connection issues have been noted, and we’ll be looking into improving the stability of the network so that future guests can enjoy a more reliable experience.-The shower control knob in the master bath is being replaced to prevent any further issues.-We’ll also be replacing the worn frying pans to ensure the kitchen is fully equipped for future guests.Thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention.
