Villa Luna is only a couple minutes' walk to the beach and perfectly positioned with a north facing aspect. Tucked away and private and an easy 600 metre walk to the sand.
On entry there is a rumpus room, bedroom and bathroom.
Walk up the stairs to the the main living area you will find a large balcony and ocean views, lounge, dining, kitchen and play room. A laundry and bathroom on this level also.
On this level there are 3 bedrooms and the main bathroom and a spacious master suite with ensuite.
