Located in the Towers of Chevron Renaissance, is this luxury three bedroom, two and a half bathroom, fully self-contained apartment. The apartment has 270 degree views which allow you to watch the sunrise over the ocean, see the whales as they breach and follow the boats as they traverse the Nerang River. In the afternoon relax watching the amazing sunsets over the mountains of the Scenic Rim area.
Our north-east facing apartment is fully airconditioned and has more than a enough space for your family and friends to have a relaxing and well-earned holiday. There are permanent beds that will accommodate up to 8 guests. No need to sleep on a sofa bed or rollaway bed!
The main bedroom with an ensuite, TV, ceiling fan, built in wardrobes and super king bed has a balcony and ocean views.
The second bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, built in wardrobes and expansive views all the way to Coolangatta and over Mt Warning.
The third bedroom can accommodate a whole family with a queen bed and two king single beds, built in wardrobe, and amazing views.
The apartment's main bathroom includes a bath, shower and toilet. The ensuite contains a shower, double hand basins and a toilet. The separate powder room contains a third toilet and hand basin.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need including a fridge, oven, cooktop and microwave. Sit in the adjoining dining area, or on the leather lounge in the loungeroom. The verandah is accessible from the loungeroom and main bedroom.
The separate laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer, clothes drying rack, pegs, ironing board and iron.
We provide a small starter kit so you can quickly settle into the apartment. The starter kit contains some tea. coffee, and sugar sachets, a small milk, some cooking oil and salt and pepper. We provide a few rolls of toilet paper and travel sized shampoo, conditioner and soap. There is also a small amount of laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent and a few dishwasher tablets. If you are staying more than a few days you may like to purchase more items from Coles, which is down stairs in our building.
If you have a car, we have a dedicated secure car parking space available to use in the resort. The height clearance for vehicles is 2.1 metres.
The resort facilities include a large resort beach pool with a shallow sandy beach area for your toddlers, a heated indoor pool and a sparkling outdoor lap pool. There is a kid’s playground, games room, a manicured grass area for sunbaking near the pool and an indoor and outdoor spa area.
Have a BBQ in one of the two large BBQ areas overlooking the pools, or just lounge and have a wine around the pool. There is a fully equipped gym for that workout you know you should do, or visit the Zen gardens for a little meditation. If saunas are your thing there are separate men's and ladies saunas to relax in.
Shopping is not a problem with Coles and a variety of shops and restaurants located in the shopping precinct directly under the Towers of Chevron Renaissance. Eat out or have your meals delivered directly to the apartment with ease and you don’t even need to leave the luxury of the complex.
If you have children with you, you don't need to be concerned about window safety. All windows open a distance of 7.5cm ensuring the breeze comes into the apartment and the children are safe.
