A heated pool and hot tub await you on the screened lanai, which is beautifully finished with paver brick decking and surrounded by tropical landscaping. The interior of the three bedroom, two bath home is finely appointed with high tray ceilings and bright natural colored finishes including gleaming stone countertops, sleek dark cabinetry and light neutral tile throughout. A spacious and open great room is home to a gourmet kitchen, dining area, and living room with views out to the lanai. The primary suite has a king size bed and luxurious bath with dual sink vanities, glass enclosed shower and separate tub. One guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the other is set up as a flex space with two twins. The two car garage is home to beach gear for making the trip to either of the fantastic nearby beaches - Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park (1.5 miles) or Vanderbilt Beach (2 miles). Tennis, racquetball and basketball courts are just a short ride away (2 miles) on Vanderbilt Beach Road at Pelican Bay Community Park and outdoor shopping, dining and nightlife center Mercato (which has a Whole Foods!) is just a mile and a half from the house. The Naples Park neighborhood is surrounded by great restaurants and resorts including the Ritz Carlton Naples and LaPlaya.
