Pinetree Paradise is a peaceful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom cabin that sleeps 10 on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe in Tahoe Vista. This location boasts convenient access to hiking trails, beaches, and skiing, making it easy to explore the great outdoors. Guests will love this pet-friendly retreat, as it offers an updated kitchen, stunning mountain views from the expansive back porch, and a loft area for the kids.

Set amongst towering pines, this 3-story home exudes warmth and comfort, beckoning families and friends to spread out and settle in. There’s a stacked washer and dryer in the hallway for convenience. Gather with loved ones on the expansive back deck that overlooks breathtaking forest views.

The exposed top-floor loft, designed for kids and those young at heart, provides a unique living space with a plush couch and 26" TV.

With a covered stairway leading to the garage, guests can enjoy on-site parking for 2 vehicles in the garage and 1 in the driveway. Located less than 5 minutes from the town of Kings Beach, enjoy easy access to the North Star Ski Resort (10 mins.), Palisades (25 mins.), and Truckee (20 mins.).

Family Getaway

The property was perfect for a combined family getaway. It had all the amenities, was extremely easy to check-in and out. and very close to Kings Beach. We would definitely use again!

Wonderful getaway in perfect location!

We truly enjoyed our stay and there was plenty of room for our party of 8. The loft is amazing and there is so much additional space. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming and so close to Kings Beach (less than a 5 minute drive). I wish we could have stayed longer!

Good value for the money

It’s a spacious home with plenty of private space for everyone. It is an older home and thus needs some cosmetic updates. So don’t expect 5 star accommodations…but if you are looking for a place to sleep (beds are comfortable) and make a meal or two, it’s perfect.

The property is in an excellent location to beaches and trails. The host did an awesome job communicating. I liked that they sent links ahead of time for things to do in the areas and codes to access the garage and entrance just days before arrival so you didn’t have to dig through texts to find it. I loved that they didn’t plaster the do’s and dont’s all over the place. They just put it in a link for easy access. They also send a link the day before departure with minimal checkout requirements - one of the very best I’ve had. Windows are new and great screens for fresh air at night. A fabulous wood burner stove. However, the place needs some general improvements like cobwebs cleaned from the high beams. We had to get rid of a few spiders. There were mouse droppings in several kitchen drawers so we cleaned them and put all the utensils in the dishwasher. There was a black ant issue on the 3rd floor. Both bathrooms with tubs had no way to plug for a bath and we had a toddler with us. The bedding was good and there was plenty of space for our crew.
