Foi ótimo ter recepcionado a Erica. Pessoal muito correto, e cuidadosos com o imóvel. Super indico a Erica. Sinto pela garagem, mas, nesse caso, não tenho muito o que fazer . O consolo, é que praticamente, só se usa o carro , para chegar , e ir embora, pois tudo, é perto do apto., e dá para ir a pé.
