Spectacular views of Mt Barney and Maroon forming a superb backdrop for a keen photographers' masterpiece.
Sit back and relax or stroll around the gardens, or explore the rugged remnant forest, ravines, sandstone boulders and rocky outcrops on the track down to the Logan River.

Full use of cottage and Pavilion and all open areas down to the Logan River.
The Neighborhood:
Relax - rejuvenate - reconnect......
There is plenty to do - or you can do nothing at all!
Take a private forest walk to a tranquil rocky river
Go bush walking or mountain climbing
Bring along friends to stay in the other cottage and fire up the authentic outdoor pizza oven
Cook a camp-oven dinner around a campfire
Horse-riding and abseiling within a short drive
Visit local wineries, Barney Creek Vineyard, Bunjurgen Estate Vineyard and Kooroomba Winery are all within a short drive.
The Shed Café is only a few kms from Tuckeroo Cottages and is open on weekends and most public holidays from 8.30 am to 4.00 pm. Great food eg breakfasts and lunches etc.
Rathdowney has a General Store, Service Station and Post Office.
The Rathdowney Visitors Information Centre is open most days with the exception of Christmas Day and Good Friday. They sell local jams, honey and chutneys also a number of gifts.

Take the Boonah-Rathdowney Rd (Route 93)
36.7 km along the Boonah-Rathdowney Rd turn right into Forest Home Road, Tuckeroo Cottages is 1.15 km further along on the left.
From Rathdowney:
Just south of Rathdowney (Mt Lindesay highway - Route 13) turn right at the Boonah turn-off (Route 93) 9.5 km along the Rathdowney-Boonah Rd turn left into Forest Home Road, Tuckeroo Cottages is 1.15 km along on the left.

With the ability to check-in via smart locks, you can pull up and enjoy the privacy of your surrounds. In the rare event of an emergency, contact numbers are provided for the owners who can answer any questions you may have.
