Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We understand the inconvenience of having to return to the office to pick up your key. We do send notifications prior to arrival, including one the day before check-in and another a few hours before check-in, with instructions regarding key pickup. While the home is equipped with a keypad, we currently require guests to pick up and return parking passes in person, as parking enforcement in the area is very strict and replacement passes can be costly. We appreciate your suggestion and will certainly keep it in mind as we continue evaluating ways to improve the arrival experience. We're glad to hear you otherwise had an awesome stay and hope to welcome you back again soon!
