The expansive light-filled open-plan living and dining area presents an incredible outlook, capturing the picturesque foreshore, St Kilda Pier, sailing ships across the Bay, St Kilda Marina, the city skyline, and views to Port Melbourne and beyond. The lovely St Kilda beach is only 5 minutes walk away, perfect for swimming, kite-boarding and paddle-boarding.

You will be captivated as you gaze out to the water from the kitchen, and
watch the kite-boarders soar. The kitchen features an electric cooktop, dishwasher, double-sink, large countertop, lots of cupboards and corner pantry. It has windows that open to welcome refreshing sea breezes. There is an office desk, chair and monitor in the lounge for your working needs. As a bonus, you get a rough and ready pool table!

The large master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, walk-in robe and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and features a blue glass vanity, plus views to the Dandenong Ranges.

The second bedroom has a double bed and lots of wardrobe space, and also lovely views.

The small third bedroom has a single bed, and an extra small fold up bed can be added.

The main bathroom has a shower and features a blue glass vanity. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer.

The building has two lifts, secure video-intercom entry and includes secure basement car parking. There are no steps so it is accessible for people with mobility constraints.

While not flashy, the unit is homely and comfortable, and you'll love it.

So glad we found this gem
Communication with owner is excellent like arriving at a good friend’s home and they’re welcoming you and settling you in by distance. The property is quiet, and a minute from trams and all that St Kilda offers. It’s more like a home and has breathtaking beaches and city skyline views from all windows. It was hard to leave.

For nature you can walk on St Kilda beach and see penguins at the end of the pier. Marinas are nearby, as is the beautiful Catani Gardens and Albert Park Lake.
