Only a 5 minute walk to the beach, this beautiful four-bedroom home is perfect for one large or 2 small families for the Christmas holidays. Sunbath by the pool, soak in the spa. Enjoy BBQ and sundowners on either or the 2 covered decks. Fully fenced properties so safe for the kids.
Trampoline and swing in the garden. Vege patch to pick from.
Lights and airy, great indoor outdoor flow.
Situated on a safe and quiet street, 3 min drive to the shops & restaurants of Mount Maunganui Town, 5 min walk to the beautiful Tay Street beach. Supermarket 2 min drive away.

** the house comes with a cat, Maggie. She will need to be fed please! If you don't like cats, this isn't the house for you.
* Pool and spa are shared by one other apartment on the property.

Perfect for a family holiday

Great home with everything you need forf a fun family holiday. Kids were crazy enough to swim in the pool (too cold for me) then a warm up in the spa. Easy walk to the beach. Tessa was very accomdating - thanks.
