This cozy, renovated beach shack has everything you need for your getaway and is a comfortable walk or 5-minute drive to the beach or plaza.
Enjoy the holiday vibe with shabby chic floors throughout and good-sized bedrooms with full length windows. Large windows let in loads of light to the open plan living, dining and kitchen space with a double door fridge to hold your holiday suppllies. No fighting over the bathroom, there’s and extra loo and shower in the laundry for when you come in from the beach.
Enjoy lazy BBQ evenings outdoors on the deck playing backyard cricket.
Rear access to yard for a boat, jet ski or trailer.
Wineries are abundant on the Mornington Peninsula and a short 15 minute drive up into the hills will get you to some of the finest restaurants and wineries on offer. Boating, fishing and all the beach has to offer is a short stroll away. Mini golf, tenpin bowling and other amusements to keep the kids occupied are all within a 30 minutes drive down south. Situated on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, with everything at your doorstep - wineries, beaches, spas, tourist attractions.

* Not suitable for dogs that wander. There is a large back yard but no front gate or solid front fence. Ideal for a dog that stays near owners.
