About this property

Located just 5 mins from the lighthouse in cape schanck and walking distance to the RACV resort & golf course our home is conveniently located. Our renovated beach house is the perfect weekend away or family holiday. The home has recently been renovated including new coastal living/dining space and full kitchen as well as new bedrooms.
The beach house includes 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and a 3rd with a bunk bed. We also have a separate self contained studio which has a double bed, a living space with TV and small kitchenette.
Perfect for a weekend away or longer stay we are surrounded by golf courses, hot springs, wineries, beaches and beautiful coastline.

Why they chose this property

We love the home is close to everything on the mornington peninsula but still based in cape schanck which is away from the hustle and bustle. Only 5 mins drive from the lighthouse, close to st andrew beach, gunnamatta, bushrangers bays and flinders
