Everything overall was great. There was a few minor maintenance issues such as a ceiling fan not working in a bedroom, and a washing machine that sounded like it was on its way out. We enjoyed our stay though. Pool was warm, propert was quite nice and the host was responsive to questions and issues.

Excellent house and location

We have been comig to the area for the month of February the past 6 years. Most of the years we have stayed in Emerald Island. This is the first time we hve rebooked the same place. Great location, close to the pool. Clean and inviting home. The owners were a pleasure to work with.

Great stay, we will return.

We arrived at this beautiful home and it was exactly as described on VRBO. The home was clean, decor modern and tasteful with all the necessities you require. A very comfortable home. An extremely nice feature is that the townhouse is an end unit and therefore the main floor is bright, high ceilings with soft sheer curtains flowing and pleasant front entrance. Parking is directly in front of the home. The small patio off the dining area is the perfect place to sit while cooking you dinner on the bbq. Location is convenient to many restaurants and grocery stores like Publix and Target a 10 minute drive on Irlo Bronson/US192. Mystic Dunes Golf Course a 7 minute drive. The hosts were amazing, easy to contact and quick with a reply. Throughout the week they would send us a message to check that we were enjoying our stay. This will definitely be our place to stay on future visits to Kissimmee.
