Newly renovated, this holiday home has a cozy, and modern coastal vibe. The spacious property boasts a well-thought-out layout with three bedrooms and bathroom (shower and bath) with separate toilet. Natural light floods the generous lounge room, equipped with a split-system air conditioner (heat and cool) and direct access to the open-plan kitchen/dining area with a breakfast bar. The kitchen has all the mod cons including dishwasher and a coffee machine.

Ensuring year-round comfort, each bedroom is equipped with a split-system air-conditioning unit. The outdoor entertainment area has a fabulous BBQ facility which is perfect for a holiday by the sea. There are Aluminum roller shutters at the front of house and all bedrooms for privacy, security and to block out sound, noise and light which make for a great night's sleep.
For indoor entertainment there is a big screen TV, WIFI, plus board games for family fun.

Beds are freshly made with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers upon guest arrival. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels provided.

The property welcomes well-behaved pets.

There is a spacious grassed area in front and a large spacious backyard that is fully fenced.

The Colourbond fencing is 1500mm high and there is a small section of tube-style fencing (approximately 1200mm high) with 90mm gaps between tubes.

There is parking for cars and a boat in the main driveway or on the gravel bed at the front of the house.

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.

Please note that this property is not available for Schoolies booking and doesn't accept 25 December Arrival/Departure.
