Great views of the canal off the back deck. Quiet neighborhood, quick and easy walk to the beach even my toddler could handle the walk! No complaints at all with our stay! We will book this property again!

The property itself was a nice canal front home. The setting was very pretty. We were able to fish off of the back dock area right into the canal. The kids loved that! The neighbors on both sides (permanent residence) were very nice and polite. The shower door in the first floor bathroom kept falling off the track, so we had to be very easy with it. We grill out a lot (even at home) and when we arrived the grill was filthy. It had not been cleaned at all. The other issue we had was the trash. When we arrived both trash cans were overflowing. We had no where to put our trash. I contacted the management company and they assured me trash would be picked up the next day. It was not. I spoke to the neighbor and she said it was picked up on Saturday and it wouldn't be picked up again until the following Saturday. We arrived on Saturday, so basically we had an entire week of full stinking trash cans that wasn't even our trash. I contacted the management company again and I had no response. The neighbor let us put some trash in her can, but with our group we had a lot because of an infant, 2 toddlers and all of us. So we had to take our trash everyday to the beach trash cans (which you probably can't even do if you were caught), but we had no other choice. The house itself wasn't bad. The dryer did not work when we arrived and they didn't repair it until the day before our last day. Probably wouldn't stay at this property again, but would definitely stay at Navarre again next year.

The property is in a great area. The house is good but needs upgrades and completed. Not painted throughly. It could also use some more outside seating. We avoided the ground level where the outside shower is because it holds water and was really nasty. And the showers need different shower head. But nothing that kept us from enjoying our time.
