About this property

Comfy and cozy 2 bedroom home only minutes from the lake, shops, cafe, mini market and activities. There is super king beds in both rooms, a large shower and open plan kitchen dining and lounge area. There is an outdoor dining set and spa pool on the back deck. Golf course and Disc gold both a short 3 minute walk to the first club house.
We are happy to organise activities for you or you can simply sit back, relax and enjoy a good book.
The start of the Waikato River trail is only a minute down the road and we can organise e-bike hire, bike shuttles, wake boarding, wake surfing, kayaking or hiking up the beautiful Mount Titiraupenga. Take some time away and make your stay a memorable one.

Modern and very comfortable

Very clean, warm, comfortable and modern. A tiny hiccup with getting in but quickly resolved. Perfect for 2 couples on a boating weekend. Plenty of parking. Lovely spa pool. Would definitely stay again.

Nice little spot

Was a lovely little spot to stay for the weekend! Loved the spa and the spot was nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Looks can be deceiving

When we arrived, we did not know what to expect from the property but was was blown away when we entered it. The interior and design of the house is so stylish and all the amenities are high quality. The spa was a huge bonus for us and the location is absolutely fantastic. I will highly recommend this property or as they call it "Mango Magic".

My name is Paul and I am from New Plymouth. I fell in love with mango 5 years ago and have spent every summer there since. Inn the past 6 months I ahve started a new business that takes my away often so I am not getting back to my "happy place" as often as I once was so now I want other people to experience the magic that is Mangakino

Why they chose this property

Good friends, quiet atmosphere, great cafe and wakeboarding. Being in Mangakino is like taking a step back in time to the 1950's when everything was simple. There is no hustle and bustle, no traffic and everyone smiles and waves. That is what we love the most about Mango.

What makes this property unique

A little bit sharp and edgy in the design. You can definitely tell the interior was well thought out by a male. However, beds are comfy, shower is great and if you step out of the property and walk at a 45 degree angle across the reserve you will be at the lake front in around 4 minutes.
