Comfortable Home Away from Home

We stayed here with two couples, and the house was a great fit for our group. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. There’s plenty of room to relax and gather, with a well-designed kitchen, dining area, and living space. The kitchen was also fully stocked with everything we needed.The bold color scheme was a fun and unique touch that gave the home extra vibe. The location worked out really well—about 25 minutes from Sedona, and Cottonwood turned out to be larger than we expected, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely recommend it.

Cottonwood Gem

We enjoyed our stay in this funky, eclectic home on the outskirts of Cottonwood. The location was great as a central starting point for side trips to Jerome, Sedona, Camp Verde and Prescott. The home was exactly as described and the property owner was very prompt and helpful when we had questions. The only suggestion we would have is a small binder with suggestions for dining and activities.

Comfortable home in very good shape. Perfect for a four person escape.

Located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, it's very close to quaint Cottonwood and maybe 25 minutes from Sedona. Two spacious bedrooms. My wife remarked about how soft the sheets were. Kitchen gear worked fine, and there's a nice living area with a big screen TV and accompanying electronics. Big simple yard. Owners had good communication and were helpful and friendly. Bathrooms are large and pretty modern. The colors are described as "Artfully Decorated". We'd call them funky and fun. Take the Verde Canyon Railroad adventure - That was the trip highlight! See the Chapel of the Holy Cross in Sedona. Downtown Cottonwood and Sedona have touristy downtowns. Go to the Merkin Winery and Restaurant on the hill in Cottonwood. Glad we went. Glad we stayed here.

I stayed at the house with my best friend, her 26 year old daughter, and her daughter’s dog. The closed in yard was ideal to relax in after a day of sightseeing and the dog enjoyed the freedom while we had a glass of wine. The house is more spacious than the pictures show. Fans in all the rooms made it comfortable. Arrival was straightforward as was departure. The beds are comfy, shower hot, and coffee good. All the i’s dotted and t’s crossed. Oh, and convenient to Jerome and Cottonwood. Checkout the Red Rooster for brunch if you have a doggo with you. It was a lovely stay!
