Just 3 miles from Old Town Kissimmee, a great family night out.

* We charge a refundable damage deposit of $800. This will be processed 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be fully refunded to you within 3 businesses days after your checkout, provided there are no damages or violations during your stay.
The Space:
This spacious Twelve Bedrooms vacation home comfortably accommodates up to 25 guests with 11.5 bathrooms. Blue, green, gray, and white tones accentuate the modern lines of the furniture while freshening up this home's ambiance. Professionally decorated home with an open floor plan layout that carries the contemporary vibe into the living-dining space with a view of the screened private patio with a swimming pool, spa, and sitting area for your entire family to enjoy.
Guests can enjoy preparing delicious meals in the modern fully-equipped kitchen with 2 Refrigerators/freezer and 2 dishwasher, that shares the space with the family room. The main entrance hallway leads to four bedrooms, master bedroom (1) that is fitted with a King-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub, bedrooms (2), (3), and (4) with Queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The game room is also on this floor, with Pool Table & Air Hockey Table.
Going upstairs guests will find the gathering loft with sitting area and a large flat screen TV. This floor features eight bedrooms, in which 5 of them w/ King-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom (10) Princess Themed w/ two Full-over-Full Bunk beds and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom (11) Spider-man Themed w/ Twin-over-Full Bunk bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom (12) Disney Themed w/ Twin-over-Full Bunk bed and en-suite bathroom. A second Laundry with Washer and Dryer is also found along the hallway of this floor.

- Refundable Damage Deposit: please note that all our vacation homes require a refundable damage deposit. This deposit will be charged to your payment method two days prior to your arrival. Rest assured that the deposit will be refunded up to 7 business days after your departure, provided no damages are reported.
