Please note: Firewood is NOT supplied for this property. If you require wood, this can be purchased through Robe Hardware (Mitre 10) or Robe Auto and Marine (opposite Foodland) at your own cost.

Located on a short stroll to long beach this property has all you could want for your holiday to Robe.

The open plan kitchen/living/dining provides ample space for all the family to come together without sitting on each others laps!
The master bedroom provides one with an ensuite and walk in robe and is located at the front of the house away from the other three bedrooms. Bedrooms 2 and 3 mirror each other with a queen bed in both rooms, with bedroom 4 being the ultimate kids room with two single beds and plenty of toys.
Reverse cycle air-conditioning and slow combustion woodfire heating (guests to supply own wood) in the lounge area plus ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

Plenty of parking for your cars and of course the boat because 'when in Robe'.

NO BOOKING IS ACCEPTED WITHOUT RETURNING THE GUEST LIST WITH THE REQUIRED DETAILS

It is the dog owners responsibility to ensure their dog is suitably restrained within the enclosed yard premises, Robe Holiday rentals can not guarantee fencing will be suitable match with your pet.

Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied in all our properties for your stay, however we only supply what is required. NOTE linen is supplied only, if you require the beds to be made please book bed making with your booking request. It is the guests responsibility to notify the office if you require any special combinations. If no linen requests are made, we will make an assumption based on the guest number provided of which beds will be used at the property. Don't forget to bring your beach towels.

Perfect location. Great house

Everything was perfect except we thought the house had WIFI but unfortunately it hadn't. other than that it was great.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in Robe over Easter. Sandy Feet retreat was spacious, well appointed generally and in a great location. A couple of things that would improve this property would be listing items that the house contains and doesn't contain, e.g. no heating or air conditioning, no dishwasher in the kitchen, did have a coffee pod maker and air fryer, which are great! Also upon lifting the mat in the living room, we discovered a substantial amount or sand under it. Plus there were pantry and clothes moths throughout the home. Some parts of the home are in need of a more thorough clean.

The only thing that the house needs in it are maybe some split systems for either summer or winter but overall we were satisfied thanks.
