Welcome to Sandpipers Dunes Unit 207. Your family of six will enjoy the direct oceanfront views of the Atlantic Ocean from your private balcony. This cozy condo features 1 Bedroom, 2 bath condo with a fully equipped kitchen, living area, 2 TVs, WIFI, elevator and one parking spot. Outdoor pool is open Memorial Day to Sunfest weekend. Bed sizes include 2-Double beds in the primary bedroom, and the living room offers a Queen Sleeper Sofa. The primary bedroom features a private bath with a step-up enclosed shower stall. The hall bath features a shower/tub combo. Washer & dryer in condo for your added convenience. This property rents Saturday to Saturday only during prime season.
Guest supplies all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our properties including photos, descriptions, pricing and amenities shown above. This property was perfect and the view of the ocean was outstanding from sunrise to sunset with reasonable rental fee. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and appliances. The pool is very clean with ample space.

Beautiful property, great location. Wish I would have known about no smoking anywhere outside as I like to enjoy an evening cigar and cocktail. What made that difficult to swallow was the obvious use of marijuana throughout the property. We also got a note about towels on our balcony while the folks next to us had ones hanging on theirs's all week. All in all though a really great spot and location.
