Let us take your breath away with this spacious 3BR/3BA beach front condo.
Upon entering you will notice the large living and dining area with its floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors offers an unobstructed panoramic view of the gulf and pass and allows access to a spacious balcony.
The complete kitchen has beautiful dark granite throughout and even has an ice maker so you will never have to endure a lukewarm beverage. The living room comes complete with a big screen HDTV with DVD and Bluray Player.
The master bedroom has a King bed, a sitting area, Flat Screen TV, and beautiful views. The adjoining private bath has a jetted tub, double sinks, and separate shower.
The first guest bedroom has Queen Sized Bed & a Twin size bed, a ceiling fan, and Flat Screen TV. The adjoining bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom or the living room and offers a combination tub/shower. The second guest bedroom has a King Size Bed and Flat Screen TV. The private adjoining bath has a combination tub/shower.
The balcony of this second floor unit spans the length of the condo and offers Gulf and poolside views.
Complex amenities include beach chair service, one private parking spot, complex pool, gated entry, an exercise room, and gas grills.
