A dog under 35 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.
Welcome to the beachside bliss that is Sandpiper Cove 2138. This spacious two bedroom, two bathroom property sleeps six guests with comfort and ease. Upon entering this second floor property, you will notice the Kitchen, complete with its authentic tiled counter tops along with new refrigerator and dishwasher, pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite meal. Adjacent to the Kitchen is the Dining Area, which has a new dining table set for four guests and bar seating for two additional guests. After the Kitchen is the Living Area. The Living area has tiled flooring, a large Area Rug, all new living room furniture with a couch that doubles as a Queen Sofa Sleeper, two plush chairs,  has a new 70 inch smart cast flat screen HDTV, a DVD player, and access to the condo’s balcony. Going down the short hallway past the Living Area and you will come to the two bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed, a DVD player, a flat screen HDTV, a makeup vanity, and balcony access. The Master Bathroom is private to the bedroom and has a tiled vanity and a bathtub/shower combination. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen Size bed and a flat screen HDTV. The Guest Bathroom, which can be accessed from the Guest Bedroom or the hallway, has a tiled vanity and a bathtub/shower combination. Perhaps the best seat in the house lies on the balcony. The Balcony is home to an outside dining table set for four guests and two lounging chairs perfect for sun bathing. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the emerald green waters that reside in the Gulf of Mexico. This condo is on the beach, and is a minute walk through the sand to the water. Amenities include FREE SEASONAL BEACH SERVICE, a washer and dryer inside the condo, and wireless internet access. Sandpiper Cove amenities include five swimming pools, a nine hole par three golf course, lighted tennis courts, gated security, a beach front bar during season, and an onsite restaurant.
