The Wine Country Cottage presents an idyllic retreat, embracing a cozy studio layout tucked away in the picturesque landscape of the Texas Hill Country. A 10-minute drive from historic Downtown Fredericksburg, this charming abode celebrates modern farmhouse allure while paying homage to the nearby vineyards and wineries.



Upon entering, guests are greeted by a spacious interior exuding warmth and contemporary comforts. The cottage features a plush king-size bed adorned with luxurious linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The walk-n closet and private en-suite bathroom boasts modern fixtures and a well-designed layout, providing convenience and comfort.



The kitchenette is efficiently equipped with an an induction cooktop, a Keurig-style coffee maker, a microwave, an electric skillet, a toaster, and a stainless steel refrigerator. Pots, dishes, glassware, silverware, and cooking/grilling utensils are thoughtfully provided, ensuring that guests have everything required for meal preparation and dining convenience.



Entertainment options abound within this thoughtfully curated space. High-speed Fiber Internet and a state-of-the-art 50-inch smart TV allows guests to stream their favorite shows or movies, providing entertainment and relaxation after a day of exploring the nearby attractions.

For social gatherings and memorable moments with loved ones, a shared gazebo, affectionately known as the Party Barn, offers a delightful space. Furnished with an outdoor dining table, two stainless steel propane gas grills, a propane gas fire pit, and ample seating, it provides the perfect setting for joyful gatherings and shared meals while viewing amazing sunsets or stargazing, creating lasting memories in this serene countryside retreat.

Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

For a more flexible and relaxed wine-tasting experience, the 290 Wine Shuttle provides a convenient way to hop between wineries, departing from downtown Fredericksburg and making stops at select wineries every 10 minutes on Fridays and Saturdays.

3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.

8. Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly units, subject to an extra fee in addition to the nightly rate. Please verify whether pets are permitted in the unit you intend to rent. In the event that a pet is discovered in a non-pet-friendly unit, the guest grants Stay Texas authorization to levy a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.

11. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
