The unit itself is newly renovated with modern touches and beautiful furniture. Each bedroom is equipped with a workstation (chair & desk) to help students/professionals have their own private office area.

The upper unit is completely isolated from the basement unit with a built-in wall & each unit have its own amenities, separate entrances & private laundry for each unit.
Moreover, there is a sound-proof insulation between the upper & lower units to grant privacy to our guests.
