The more than spacious deck invites you to sit and relax and savour the sea breeze the sound of the waves crashing in the distance and relish the sunsets. Your private quiet oasis near the beach awaits!

All your amenities, cafes/dining, supermarket and movie theatre a short 5-minute drive away.
The space consists of -
*The Master Bedroom has a new King bed and luxury linen, the room is light and spacious with a wardrobe.
*The Second Bedroom is also spacious with wardrobe and a new King bed.
*The Third Bedroom has new Bunk beds, a double bed below & single bunk bed above.
Large wall-mounted 55" TV in the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. There is also a fire available in the winter months for the odd chilly evening.

Modern tiled bathroom consists of toilet, shower/bath.

There is a laundry with a washing machine/ironing board and outside clothesline, handy courtesy beach trolley to use to carry towels, picnic blankets, and toys to the beach, which is just a short stroll from the house along our private beach access.

You can fit easily 2 cars up the drive with plenty of parking in front of the property in a well lit quiet cul-de-sac

Guest access
The entire house is yours to use, enjoy having a peaceful spacious home with a large outdoor decking, BBQ, 8 seater outside dinning table and much needed shady umbrella - perfect for outdoor dining. An outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and salt spray with additional spacious grassed lawn front and back for the little ones to unwind and run around.
In house towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels for the sand if taking to the beach.

Please enquire about bringing your pet or two, if it is well socialised and friendly then it is welcome, all our beds and furniture are off limits to pets, so if they are used to sleeping with you please bring them a pet bed that they need to sleep on. The section is fully fenced and gated, please leave the property as if your pet had not been visiting.

Other things to note
The property is at the paradise end of Papamoa beach, in a quiet family friendly cul-de-sac . No need to cross busy roads or find beach parking, as you are a short walk from the beach down a private beach access. Great swimming, surfing and boogie boarding. Shops and supermarkets, hairdressers and cinema are nearby. Surfboards, fishing rods or longlines are welcome, or take a blanket and sit to watch others fishing pulling their catch in!
