Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Yacht villa was very room and we had a great view. Plenty of parking. When we called the office, someone always answered, which is rare these days and on the day that I had to go in and get the pool key, the staff that was working was so friendly and helpful. Ladies Trip

The condo was clean and spacious. Suggestions for making this a more inviting unit; Replace the sofa in the LR that was old and worn. The throw rug under the coffee table was dirty. Also the king size bedspread was dirty and the pillows were old and stained. It would have been nice to have extra clean pillows. There were no cleaning supplies. Appreaciate the security access and the pool area was great. Great location to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. I would stay again and recommend to my friends.

Thanks for the review and feedback. The Owner is actually looking into replacing the sofa in the living room and we will be working on updates after the busy summer season. We do have extra pillows available and we will have the cleaners replace. We cannot leave cleaning supplies due to Health dept. rules. Glad you enjoyed your stay.

Family beach trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and property were in a great location and the pool was amazing. The housing was good enough for what we needed. To be fair, I would probably never book it again. The condo had a lot is things that were broken or really old. The curtains didn’t hang, the center table and parts of the couch were broken. The comforter had a hole in it. The biggest issue was the kitchen utensil. Lack of necessities compared to any other rental I’ve stayed in.
