Welcome to Royal Palm 1306 beachfront apartment. You couldn't get any closer to the Beach than the Royal Palm location. In this comfortable 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment you will find all you need to feel at home. Pots, Pans, Silverware, Linens etc. The Royal Palm offers a wide variety of amenities including indoor parking a gym, 4 pools, a beautiful sauna and whirle pool. whether your looking to explore panama or just want to enjoy the amenities and ocean at your doorstep, this is the spot
The space
The Royal palms Is a lot of things. It is primarily geared for a slower pace with beautiful mountan and ocean views and ocean sounds, notable from the apartment. It's an ideal place to get away for peace and relaxation But also with many entertainment options just peeking around the corner.
Guest access
The Royal Palm has virtually every amenity you could need. It includes 4 pools 2 kids size and 2 adult size, a Whirlpool, tennis court, pickle ball court, Soccer court , Gym, sauna, Indoor kids playroom, outdoor kids park, game room, upstairs outdoor social area, downstairs outdoor social area with a bar/restaurant. Optional barbecue area( this It needs to be reserved). Each apartment comes with its own indoor parking spot.
Other things to note
From my experience, It's always a good idea to mingle with your fellow guests at the Royal palms. They're are always new events classes and restaurants opening up. Everyone here is more than happy to chat and share information.

Please leave both fobs on the counter along with one of the keys. Put the second key in the lockbox and scramble the numbers.

At the end of the road

The premises were good and the unit was decent. Didn't eat at the restaurant due to no air conditioning and located outside. The condo was ample. Two bdrms with full (not queen) beds. One of the mattresses definitely needed replacing. The air in the living room did not function correctly. The ones in the bdrms did work well but one leaked down the wall a bit. The balcony has a beautiful view of the neighboring beach. Getting to the condo was an interesting drive. It is literally at the end of the road. Most of it was paved. Great communication with owner. There was a little confusion checking in but was resolved in about 20 minutes. Wash clothes furnished was a plus.

The location is great and the condo amenities were all we needed for a great stay. The kitchen is well stocked to prepare any meal and several extras such as beach towels and chairs are included. The master bed was good but the second bedroom mattress and pillows could use a refresh.Communication with the owner is probably the best I have ever experienced on any of my VRBO rentals. Tim is quick to respond and had answers to any questions we had.The unit is exactly as described and pictured in the ad.
