About this property

Stunning water view home in Hobart

Situated in the charming suburb of Tranmere. This home is equipped for our guests to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. Treat yourself to beautiful sunsets and sunrises from every room in the house. Entertain yourselves with a 5 minute walk to the water front, or a 25 minute drive to the City and the Hobart airport. We are also located near a couple of shopping centres that will only take a 10 minute drive. Across from the home is a paddock, filled with sheep and cows that will greet you in the mornings.

Inside, we offer two bedrooms with built-in robe, a luxury and spacious bathroom, and a modern living area and kitchen to suit all your needs. The whole home looks out to a stunning water view, with Mount Wellington on display.

Guests will have full access to the lower floor, which includes two bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchen/living space. They will have this space all to themselves. Our front yard is also available for guests to wander, with fruit trees and chickens.

Guests will access the space by taking a left from the driveway, down the steps and following the path, they should be led to their home.
