Family vacation during spring break.

The property was magnificent. Very secure for my family. A few improvements are, better mattresses, heated pool, later check out time.

Family vacay

We have rented this u it many times and still absolutely love it. Perfect number of bedrooms for my family and the BEST location. Only wish check in was a little earlier. After making the 6 hour drive, it’s frustrating to have to wait so long to be able to get into the condo.

Fantastic condo!

The only reason for three stars on accuracy of listing is the parking description. There are TWO assigned garage spaces, and ONE outdoor space, and the garage has a 6'3 clearance, so many people cannot fit under it! We had issues getting an outdoor space since we drive an Escalade with a roof rack!

5-Star Property!

We’ve stayed in many rentals and this was by far the best! If you’re not familiar with Destin, this is the perfect location if you want a super quiet beach but still want to be close to everything. The beach in front of the condo as well as most of the other condos in this particular area are private and public access is extremely limited. The condo was spotless and nicely decorated, photos online do not do it justice. Parking is covered and located in the garage located under the building, a plus when it comes to the Florida heat. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Our only recommendation would be to have some kind of list of local restaurants and activities/attractions for guests to refer to. A few restaurants we highly recommend are Beach Walk Cafe, Primrose, Boshamps Seafood & Oyster House, McGuire’s Irish Pub, Another Broken Egg (the 755 Grand Boulevard location), and Mama Clemenzas European Breakfast. Also, the view from the rooftop bar of the Henderson Beach Resort is amazing so be sure to check that out as well.

Beautiful property but NOT children friendly!

Beautiful Condo!! Southern Vacation Rentals was amazing!! Great appliances and beds were very comfortable!! It’s NOT a property I ever want to bring children to again though. I was nervous the whole time for fear of breaking decorations. Also, it only had two parking spaces. That was a negative for us needing three spaces.
