You can whip up a feast in the gourmet kitchen, which boasts premium appliances (Smeg gas cooktop, 900mm oven and dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker), a kitchen island and a convenient butler's pantry for keeping food prep out of sight.

Off the formal dining room area you'll find a covered outdoor deck that's ideal for a BBQ lunch or casual dining. Cool down in the sparkling in-ground saltwater pool. Or read a book on a poolside lounge with a cocktail in hand. On rainy days, you can escape to the dedicated games room to challenge friends or family to a board game or table tennis tournament. Take a bike ride towards Picnic Point and then along the Tuggerah Lakes bike track to Long Jetty foreshore and beyond. Go beach hopping along the coast and take in The Entrance Ocean Baths, Blue Bay, Toowoon Bay and Shelly beaches.
