With 2,500 square feet of living space, a spacious, fenced yard complete with a private pool and so much more, this home is the perfect choice for guests looking to relax and enjoy their vacation together. Featuring four bedrooms, a bonus room, and a 3rd floor loft area, this open floor plan can comfortably sleep 12 guests.
You will find the main living space on the first floor with enough space for the entire group to hang out and spend quality time together. The main living space includes a fully equipped kitchen complete with granite countertops and full-sized appliances. All of the cookware and dishware you need to prepare meals of all sizes are located in your kitchen. Spend your evening whipping up a home-cooked meal, delicious cocktail, or decadent dessert. After dinner, lounge in the living room with your favorite movie playing on the recently installed 70-inch smart tv, or head to one of four decks in the house to take in the beautiful Crystal Beach neighborhood.
Trust us when we say, you will spend most of your time outside when visiting this home. You’ll find plenty of seating, dining tables, and chairs outdoors to kick back and enjoy the weather. Savor in the beautifully landscaped backyard oasis, lounge on the pool deck while the kids splash in the water, swing in the hammock, relax at the outdoor bar and natural gas grill, or taking a refreshing swim in your own private pool, heating available upon request for an additional cost! At night, you will enjoy the multi-colored LED light show in the pool. The options are truly endless when it comes to relaxation.
If you are hoping to spend time on the beach, you are only a short block and a half or five-minute walk away! There’s also a private outdoor shower on the side of the house - perfect for rinsing off your feet after walking back from the beach. This vacation home is close by to tons of area excitement including the Destin Commons, grocery stores to stock up for your stay, and Silver Sands Outlet Mall!
