This contemporary apartment is situated within a building equipped with round-the-clock surveillance, guaranteeing a safe and secure environment. This two-story penthouse apartment is a modern, cozy space that can comfortably accommodate 10 people. On the first floor, three well-lit rooms have closets, providing enough storage space. Two of these rooms share a full bathroom, while the master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bathroom, providing privacy and comfort.

The common area on the first floor includes a living room, a dining room, and an open kitchen. The modern decor, characterized by soft tones with touches of vibrant colors, creates a friendly and contemporary atmosphere. There are also two desks intended for working from home, providing a functional space for work tasks.

On the second floor, a fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed and its own bathroom offers residents a quiet and private place. The jewel of this level is the terrace, which has a seating area with armchairs, two tables with chairs and a barbecue. A gardener adds a touch of freshness to the outdoor space.

The terrace is newly designed with a canvas that protects it from sun and rain, allowing residents to enjoy the space in any climate. From here, you can see a panoramic view of the city's skyline, with the possibility of glimpsing the mountains on clear days. This PH is located on the 6th floor, providing an elevated location and breathtaking views from the terrace. Guest Access:
Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in.

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 12 km to/from the Mexico City International Airport (MEX).
Some transportation options are:
- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.
- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.
- Metrobus: The Metrobus is another viable option.

- There’s construction happening nearby and sometimes noise can be heard during daytime work hours.
- Please note that security cameras are installed outside the property.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in.
- Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access.
- A maximum of 5 visitors is allowed per day. They must leave by 10:00 PM.
- If you wish to add guests to your reservation, please send us a modification request to update the number of guests, and remember to send their IDs at least one day in advance.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval only and at an extra cost.
- A crib/Pack ´n Play is available upon request and must be reserved before check-in.
- Guests must climb stairs.
- You may experience typical city noise such as traffic and construction.
- The elevator capacity is limited to 2 people with luggage or 3 people without luggage. Any damage to the elevator will incur a charge based on the extent of the damage.
- Quiet hours must be respected. Any complaints from neighbors will result in a 2,000 MXN fine.
