Get ready for quality appointments and smart amenities (including 10 SHARC passes) in this gorgeous home in North Sunriver—Malheur 14 is bound to become your favorite place to stay on the High Plateau! Four bedrooms and five beds on the lower level let you invite extra guests to join you. One bedroom is a beautiful king suite with a work station and deck access, making it easy to indulge in time in the privacy-fenced hot tub on the lower deck. Upstairs, you’ll enjoy an inviting great room with a leather sectional in front of a rock-faced wood-burning fireplace and a huge Smart TV/DVD with cable. The spacious gourmet kitchen has skylights, quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances and a garden window sink to make preparing a meal for the large dining table a pleasure. You also have the option of eating outdoors at the dining table under a covered section of the deck; a gas barbecue means you can cook outdoors, too. After dinner, gather around the gas fire-pit as darkness falls and stars gleam through the treetops.

You’ll have views of the beautiful Woodlands Golf Course’s 17th hole, and you’ll be within easy biking distance to aquatic fun at the SHARC and dining and shopping at the Village (adult-sized bikes are located on the lower covered deck April through October). Malheur 14 is air-conditioned for comfort in the summer, and it’s easy to access skiing and snow sports in the winter. Enjoy this beautiful home with all the amenities on your next trip to Sunriver!

Summer Girls Weekend

All the amenities we were looking for and great sleeping arrangements. Only down side is that it’s a ways out from village and other activities, but we knew that going in.

The house itself was lovely. I am very happy we added the extra night. Our complaints are that all of the paper products are cheap. The paper towels being the worst but toilet paper and tissues sucked too. Also, it rubbed us wrong that when we asked for additional dishwasher detergent we were told to go buy it ourselves. For a house that accommodates 10 you can expect a load of dishes at least twice a day. What a silly thing to be stingy about.

Sun and River

I love the aroma of the dry lodge pole pine forrest! The river and the wet lands and the mountains were splendid and peaceful....except for the one banker who left his family waiting while he took a work phone call on the bike path which all of us were forced to listen to in the otherwise silent landscape. There are so many activities and so much to learn!

Good experience overall but..

The booking, cleaning and all matters related to the home are great, no issues there, but the home itself is a little challenging. The home is very drafty and cold. The T-Stat is supposed to be set at 55 coming in the home, but it took 24 hrs to heat up to 68. There is a wood fireplace, but nothing provided to burn, so we bought some presto logs, leaving one for the next guest. It didn’t help much. The hot tub lid weight is extremely heavy and would be a challenge for most. We had the main entry light not working at all, overall a lack of lighting in the home. It was fine, just not the best experience.
