Facilities were good and relaxing with close proxcimity to beautiful beach .Quiet area birdsong and kangaroos were an added attraction along with the mood lighting on the grounds.

Very Comfortable

The accommodation is excellent, very comfortable and exactly as described on the site. The enclosed garden is great for the dogs. The kitchen is well set up and the beds very comfortable. Very close to the beach. Only issue is the guests handbook needs updating.

Burrum heads bliss

This property was perfect for our family stay. The location to the beach was superb and the added extra such as beach cart and beach equipment were very thoughtful. We loved the property - the deck looking out at kangaroos and the lovely comfortable beds and bathrooms made it a great holiday away. The check in process and communication was excellent. We are looking forward to another family holiday there again!

Great Location!

We had a wonderful time at Casa la Pier 2 in Burrum Heads. Great quiet location and only a 3 minute walk to the beach. We did a lot of walking on the beach with our 2 dogs and some fish were caught. The accommodation was clean, tidy, very spacious and secure fencing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen pretty much had everything we needed and the bathrooms had body wash, shampoo, etc supplied. We had some meals out on the veranda which was very relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely be back in the future.

Burrum Heads Easter Beach Break

We stayed with friends over Easter 2025 in the property and overall were happy with the facilities. The issues we did incur were:The designated children's room upstairs does not have fly screen door which meant the door had to be closed to stop the mozzies and midges. The BBQ is in the full sun on the top verandah and was too hot to use during the day without setting up an umbrella. Surely it could be moved to the covered end;The midges and mozzies were unrelenting;The kitchen bench wasn't particularly clean and we had to re-wash quite a few plates and bowls;We hoping to have relatives over for lunch or dinner who live in Burrum Heads, but the owners do not allow any visitors to call over during your stay if they are not registered visitors apparently due to insurance restraints. We found this absolutely ridiculous as surely their public liability insurance covers any issues?Both our bedroom downstairs and our friends' bedroom upstairs faced west which was really hot. We did not have air conditioning downstairs only a ceiling fan;The beach is very close but be aware that tide does go out a long way at low tide so you can only swim at high tide. You also have to wear insect repellant as the insects chase you into the water.It is too far to walk into the Burrum Heads township and the bike path finishes around the Tavern or the Bowls Club down the main road.On a positive note the yard is fully fenced and our doggies were happy roaming around the yard.
