The kitchenette is well-equipped with a fridge, stovetop, and microwave—ideal for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a simple dinner. The open-plan living area features a large 40" smart TV with Freeview, Netflix, and YouTube, along with unlimited Wi-Fi for your convenience.

Stay comfortable year-round with a recently installed heat pump, providing both heating in winter and cooling in summer.

Step outside to your private patio area and take in the beautiful mountain views—perfect for your morning coffee or unwinding after a day of exploring.

Perfect overnight stay

This was perfect for 1 night stay, clean and comfortable. Shame the channels on the TV didn't work. But we were out for dinner, home to bed then back on the road in the morning so didn't matter.

Great place to stay

We had a great time in Kaikoura. Whale watching is a must whilst there. The accommodation was clean and very comfortable suiting our needs perfectly. I was worried how noisy it might be due to the location but this was not an issue at all. Host called me to let me know the cleaner was running late which wasn’t an issue for us as we were still travelling to the location from Christchurch but it was good to be kept updated. I would recommend this property to others.
